I guess you have to just eat healthy and workout! I eat a salad everyday and lean protein for dinner. Some people say that eating small portions/meals throughout the day is helpful, but it really hasn’t helped me and I always feel hungry. Hope this helps :D
I just workout on the treadmill and the elliptical! And then I do abs, but I don’t normally work on my legs
i’m 5’5” and i’m not that skinny!
