do you have any advice or tips for someone wanting to lose weight or improve on their legs?

I guess you have to just eat healthy and workout!  I eat a salad everyday and lean protein for dinner.  Some people say that eating small portions/meals throughout the day is helpful, but it really hasn’t helped me and I always feel hungry. Hope this helps :D

What leg exercises to you do??? How do you keep your thighs so thin??

I just workout on the treadmill and the elliptical! And then I do abs, but I don’t normally work on my legs

i’m 5’5” and i’m not that skinny! 

How do you look so good in all of your clothes?

hahaha I’m not sure?  I just don’t wear clothes that are too tight or baggy
